A nice size room, everything was really good. Quiet atmosphere within the hotel, very very helpful staff. A good restaurant on site. Honestly nothing to complain about.

The staff team was KIND, the rooms were a nice size and attractive and equipped with a comfy bed, great bathroom, as for instance. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were available too. It was in a central setting very close to the train station.

The atmosphere created was quiet. We booked family suite with a very comfortable bed and marble floors, as for instance.

Staff were amiable and very very helpful at any hour!!

The hotel rooms were spotless and nicely decorated with marble floors and a comfy bed and great bathroom. The location was convenient and top - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Lame district was worth staying in.

location - good, just off both the train station and the historic centre of bologna as well as restaurants. also, willing to assist in everything. reasonably large rooms, overlooking city. comfy bed, central heating, a personal safe, and pay tv in the room.

The spacious and bright rooms with their elegant parquet floors and carpets create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. As a business traveler, I found the room comfortable and perfect for unwinding after a long day.

While I appreciated the variety of room amenities, the minibar selection could have been more extensive. However, this is just my personal preference, and others may not mind it as much.

The host, Fabrizio, was excellent and provided great recommendations. Check-in was easy and the room was spacious with a mini fridge.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.

Everything was really good from the staff to the room, comfortable bed and beautifully decorated room. The staff were very very helpful, took care of us during 2 days stay. We didn't want to leave, can't recommend it highly enough.

Perfect and convenient location - short way from everywhere we needed. Visited few places in the center, within a close distance from the hotel.

The staff was amicable, fantastic, and responded promptly to requests. Liked my large room with marble floors and a comfy bed, for instance. Having a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a bonus.

We had a great experience at the B&B Second Floor in the heart of the old city. Edith, the lady who greeted us, went above and beyond by waiting for us in the street and guiding us to the hotel. Our room, although basic, was warm and comfortable, with a good shower. the king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. the hotel's location on a busy street did not disrupt our sleep, thanks to the new windows. Fabrizio provided excellent service, arranging taxis and delivering a delicious breakfast to our room. Communication was easy, as Fabrizio spoke good English. Cons: Don't have any issues at all.

Convenient location for visiting top attractions. The staff were really helpful and made our stay enjoyable – I'd definitely come back! 😊

amazing stay at a charming B&B in bologna! fabrizio and his staff were kind and welcoming. the lofted room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a comfy bed. perfect location on via dell'indipendenza with a lovely view. breakfast at a nearby cafe was a bonus.
